Hi! I’m Melissa Moriarty Lubin.
After spending over a decade running my own luxury home-goods brand, I learned first-hand how wildly challenging it is to run a business.
I’ve bottled up 10+ years of marketing, operations and HR learnings into Lubin & Co., where we help $1M+ businesses grow with simple, scalable systems.

My background
I started my career in technology consulting at Capgemini, where I honed my skills in process automation and the latest software.
After that, I spent over 10 years running Azulina Home, a luxury textile manufacturer where we produced textiles for Restoration Hardware, Jenni Kayne and Amber Interiors. It was a crash course in sales, marketing, operations, and wearing all the hats.
I know what it’s like to juggle client work, growth goals and the never-ending to do list.
Now, I bring both worlds together: big-picture thinking and gritty, real-world experience from building a business from the ground up.
I’m based in Washington, DC (by way of Houston, TX and Bogotá, Colombia) where I live with my husband, two boys, and our Aussie pup, Gus.
